Matthew was amazing!!!! A few months ago Matthew showed me a nice home that I wanted but was a bit out of my price range, when I declined it he asked if he could reach out to me in a couple of months when this property he knew I'd love comes available. Sure enough I get a phone call from him a couple months later asking to come see this home. I got there and was blown away, so much so that I asked him to see if I could get the place before it hits the market. Matthew did what he does best and now I'm in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome. He is an excellent realtor you will not be disappointed

GO WITH MATTHEW!! Kind - Courteous - Responsive - Prompt - and he actually listens! Moving to a new place is very personal and Matt is very personable. He clearly gets that building relationships is essential in providing incredible service. Matt is not afraid to say "I don't know" then go find out and get back to you with answers, solutions, and alternatives! Concerns get addressed immediately if not sooner! With Matt you feel like you have an "inside guy" going to bat for you and your family's best interest! Moreover, he's super busy yet manages to make you feel paramount. Strongly recommended. I could not say enough great things about Matthew. As a first time homebuyer he made this whole process so incredibly easy. He remained so patient with me and walked me through everything. Very knowledgeable about the market and the area I was interested in which helped when it came to my decision making. He supported me with every decision and advocated so well for me.
