Matthew helped us find and purchase 2 rental properties. He really cared about what we wanted and where we wanted it. There was no rushing us to see just anything. Matthew is sharp and diligent to have us see the perfect properties. We settled in both homes, on the same day, all due to Matthew's financial institution recommendation. When both houses were ready to be rented, we used Matthew, again. The process was easy, we have great tenets, everything was transparent, with the utmost professionalism and care. Matthew was amazing!!!! A few months ago Matthew showed me a nice home that I wanted but was a bit out of my price range, when I declined it he asked if he could reach out to me in a couple of months when this property he knew I'd love comes available. Sure enough I get a phone call from him a couple months later asking to come see this home. I got there and was blown away, so much so that I asked him to see if I could get the place before it hits the market. Matthew did what he does best and now I'm in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome. He is an excellent realtor you will not be disappointed
