From the first time my wife and I talked to Matt, he assured us that he was with us holding our hand every step of the way. And that's what he did. He gave us the best advice and it was because of us taking his advice that we ended up getting the home that we fell in love with. You hear so many horror stories about the process of buying a home, but that is not our story at all. And that has to do with Matt. From the mortgage company, to our loan officer to our housing inspector he had reputable resources in place for us and it just made everything go so smooth. We really can't say enough just how grateful we are that he was our realtor!

We worked with Matt to buy our first home in Highlandtown 5 years ago, and worked with him again to buy in Baltimore County and to sell our Highlandtown house this year. He has been incredible to work with from start to finish. We looked at houses for over a year and Matt was patient, flexible, and fun to work with throughout. Bottom line up front: Matt, Joe, and the rest of the team at SURE Sales Group know what they are doing. Frankly, that would be more than enough for me, but in addition to their mastery of transacting real estate deals, Matt and Joe (and their team) are both a complete delight to work with. I am only sorry that I've moved out of the Baltimore region and will no longer be able to work with them going forward. They have truly set the bar high for all realtors I'll work with in the future. I have now had the pleasure of being represented by Matt, Joe, and the rest of the team at SURE Sales Group as both a buyer and a seller. As first time homebuyers (and homesellers) with no prior experience in dealing with real estate transactions, the team at SURE Sales Group provided us with incredible guidance from start to finish during both of our deals with them. I could go on about how Matt and the team are extremely responsive, but in my opinion, this level of responsiveness should be a given when completing transactions that have such massive financial implications. Rather, the expertise and the calm confidence that was displayed throughout our transactions with them is what separates them from other realtors I interacted with prior to meeting them. The confidence their level of expertise and demeanor instilled in us was invaluable due to the fact that during the course of both transactions, as can be expected, a couple of unforeseen hiccups that were out of our direct control cropped up. Being inexperienced in real estate, these issues could have been extremely stressful for my wife and I, but the unmatched deftness with which they navigated through each potential hurdle we encountered was remarkable and mitigated much, if not all, of the stress we would have felt had they not been in our corner. The command over each situation that arose and the ability to swiftly handle everything with such tact is a testament to Matt's, Joe's, and the rest of the team at SURE Sales Group's talent in this field, and this is all somehow even more striking now upon further reflection.
