As always, Ibby Fazzini was there to help (me and my family) throughout the entire home buying process. Ibby emailed us the new listing the same day the property actually went on the market, she scheduled an appointment and walked our family thru the property (all 85 acres) the next day, a contract was written and submitted within 24 hours and the offer was accepted in less than 48 hours. After acceptance and prior to settlement, Ibby provided additional help and guidance by providing fast, reliable and cost effective vendors for the various inspections we requested in the contract. Additionally, Ibby was able to recommend a local Engineer, who researched historic records and obtained vital information from Baltimore County. The information obtained allowed us to better understand a land conservation agreement, verify the accuracy/ability of an additional home site and ultimately proceed with the purchase of our new propertyThis was our second home purchase with Ibby and we would absolutely recommend her to friends, family, coworkers or anyone else looking to buy or sell a home.
