Couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing our first home, and we have Matt to thank for this! We bought our home in Baltimore near the Patterson Park area. He help us navigate the market and new city. Was immensely helpful and attentive with every step from showings, the home inspection, all the way through the closing process, and in what I can only imagine was record time. Matthew did an excellent job with connecting with us in the beginning to first give us a tour of our future home and build a rapport with us as his clients. He was very forthcoming and knowledgeable with all information about the property, answered all of our questions, and had tips and recommendations for the area as well. He is very personable and made us feel welcome from the first phone call to us signing our lease. He never made us feel as though he was just trying to sell us on something. Matthew helped us find and purchase 2 rental properties. He really cared about what we wanted and where we wanted it. There was no rushing us to see just anything. Matthew is sharp and diligent to have us see the perfect properties. We settled in both homes, on the same day, all due to Matthew's financial institution recommendation. When both houses were ready to be rented, we used Matthew, again. The process was easy, we have great tenets, everything was transparent, with the utmost professionalism and care.
