My wife and I just had a good feeling about Matt and we were very confident he would get the job done. Very responsive. We never waited at all for time sensitive things. He knows the city well and that was very important to us. Never lost any confidence with him during the process.

Matt is very professional, yet extremely approachable. He has a thorough and vast knowledge about the area, and establishes realistic expectations. He is a perfectionist with attention to detail, but has a very relaxed approach. Matt was referred by another top notch agent who struggled with selling our home. Matt fulfilled all of our expectations, as he takes his position very seriously. He responds at 7am through 11:30pm. I will refer all friends and family to Matt ,whether they are buying or selling in Baltimore!
