Matt's extensive experience in the industry and knowledge of the Baltimore market was prominent upon first conversation. Living 300+ miles away from the property we were selling was a natural irritant, however, Matt eliminated any opportunity where stress could have surrounded the experience. He was always available to speak, communicated with utmost transparency, set the right expectations, and was prompt with providing information or answers to our questions. Nothing was an obstacle for Matt as he would problem solve with us then surround the idea with action to reassure us he was going to sell our house. He went above and beyond to make sure our property was taken care of and enticing for any buyer. The connections Matt has ranging from a handyman to being deeply intrenched in the Baltimore real estate world gave us a leg up once under contract as it helped ensure the process was smooth and would close on time.
