Matt seemed very experienced with the process of selling houses and was very on top of everything throughout the entire process. He took care of all of the details, kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and made the process of selling my house very easy. He was friendly to work with and very knowledgeable of the neighborhood which was helpful when it came time for negotiations. Overall he was great to work with when selling my house and I would certainly recommend him.

She really worked to understand what we were looking for and made such a strong impression on the first visits that we ended up trusting her judgment and leaning on her choices of houses she would preview before scheduling actual visits. This saved us a lot of time, trips and hassles and made our house search a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Her expert advices, her eyes for details I never looked for in a house and her ability to explain pros and cons related to all matters in the houses we visited were outstanding. She was able to make feel like a trusting friend instead of a customer or a bonus check and that also made a huge difference for my family. Matthew was my listing agent to sell my row home in Baltimore. He exceed all of my expectations throughout the process, even after the sale closed. He is genuinely a nice person with excellent communication and follow up. He expertly helped me through all details big and small and had great options for me to consider at every turn, and when selling a place, there's always at least a few turns.
