Matthew was fantastic. He worked hard with the seller's agent to get everything on the request of repairs which seemed to be a big hang up with the seller. He made several extra trips out to the property, kept us up to speed on the process, and was available for questions and knowledgeable. We are super happy with our beautiful new home!

Matt did a great job overall. It was a major change for us in terms of location and Matt's local knowledge was tremendously helpful. He always answered phone calls, emails and texts very promptly and got us answers we needed. He coordinated closely with the builder to ensure everything was done to our liking. Overall it was great experience working with him and he left us with no complaints whatsoever. And probably most importantly, I found Matt to be completely honest and trustworthy throughout the process.

Matt was great, we had a very crazy situation which all parties agreed they had never been a part of. It was no fault of ours, but Matt stayed in constant communication and was willing to do whatever we needed.
