Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!! Matthew made himself available whenever we needed him, and was very easy to work with. He is very honest, and hard working. Without Matthew, we may not have settled on the house we loved. He stuck by us through some tough negotiations...and made sure we go what we wanted. I would most definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

We can't say enough about how great it was working with Matt to find our new home. He was more than willing to drive an hour away on multiple consecutive Saturdays to lead us through countless homes. If we wanted to see something he was ready to show it. We never felt pressured to make a decision and he was so much fun to see houses with! His responsiveness to our calls and emails was unmatched. When it was time to make an offer he was able to help us make the best offer for us. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism we experienced. We are thrilled with our new home and have great memories of the process! We would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a home in Maryland.

Matt was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable of the Baltimore City area and had a wealth of knowledge of recently renovated homes, location, and "culture of the neighborhood." He used his prior experience to find my first home. Matt never rushed me in the process and was always open to booking last minute showings and work on my schedule. He was super responsive via text, email, and/or phone calls. He made himself available! Also, he has a team behind him that made the entire process really easy - from showings, to an offer, to titling/insurance, and finally at settlement. I really felt like the search and relationship was a partnership vs. a transaction. Overall, he was great to work with and would highly recommend him to any family or friend sin the area.

Matt is a phenomenal real estate agent who I would highly recommend! After the headache of going through some other unreliable realtors in the past, I was referred to Matt through a friend. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding Howard County area and knew exactly what I was looking for in a rental. He worked with my schedule and was very responsive to all my e-mails and questions. He had no problem helping me look at multiple rentals for a few weeks, sometimes even seeing 5 places in one day! He was organized, thoughtful, honest and patient throughout the entire process which helped take all the stress off of me. If you're looking for an agent that will work hard for you and truly do everything possible to make your house hunting go smoothly as possible, then Matt is the person you want to talk to!
