Matt was great, we had a very crazy situation which all parties agreed they had never been a part of. It was no fault of ours, but Matt stayed in constant communication and was willing to do whatever we needed. It was a pleasure working with Matthew on my first home purchase. He was knowledgable with regards to neighborhoods and pricing which was very important to me. His honesty and admirable patience gave me much comfort and allowed me to take my time looking at houses and ultimately, make the right decision for myself. Matt did a great job overall. It was a major change for us in terms of location and Matt's local knowledge was tremendously helpful. He always answered phone calls, emails and texts very promptly and got us answers we needed. He coordinated closely with the builder to ensure everything was done to our liking. Overall it was great experience working with him and he left us with no complaints whatsoever. And probably most importantly, I found Matt to be completely honest and trustworthy throughout the process.

He made several extra trips out to the property, kept us up to speed on the process, and was available for questions and knowledgeable. We are super happy with our beautiful new home!
