Matt was great at providing us with options in the area we were considering, beyond what we found on the website. He knew local mortgage and title companies to put us in touch with, and was connected with local builders to see current constructions. Matt was always able to be reached quickly for questions or process needs via phone, text, or email. Highly recommend you work with him.

We had a great buying experience with Matt. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and was able to get us information about pre-market homes and properties being purchased for planned renovations. Communication was spot on and we heard from Matt multiple times per week to check out newly listed properties and to set up showings. We ended up purchasing a new home from a builder and he helped navigate us through the contracting and settlement process. There were some issues with construction delays, but Matt stuck with us to work with the builder and loan officer to make sure we were able to purchase our dream home. Buying a house is stressful, but we really appreciated Matt's expertise and knowledge throughout the process.

I couldn't recommend Matt enough. From the start to end point of the home buying process he was able to answer any questions I had. He worked with me to find the right house for me and understood if a house we were looking at wasn't quite right. I never waited more than 10 minutes to get a response from Matt, and he was even responsive late at night whenever a question came up. He had a great plan when it came to the negotiation process and it turned out just as he expected it to. Overall, I was very happy working with Matt and would definitely recommend him to others.

Once we met him, we immediately knew we wanted Matt by our side throughout the home-buying process. Matt knows the area and showed us several areas that fit our needs. He was extremely responsive - almost 24/7! He helped us every step of the way, even after closing. Matt knows lots of other people (lenders, home inspectors, insurance companies) he can recommend and works well with. Definitely recommend.
