Working with Van made for an amazing first time buyer experience. As someone hitting the market for the first time with not much knowledge on the process and steps involved he did an outstanding job walking me through everything and making the process stress-free. Just to share an example, when i was first connected with James my timeline for my home purchase was still 9 months down, however that didn't stop him from taking the time to show me some potential properties to help me get an idea of what would be perfect for me. At the same time, he got me connected me with an amazing mortgage lender that was able to get me locked in with an interest rate much lower than than the market rate. A notable moment that speaks to his character as well came when a home that he helped me get under contract for turned out to have major home improvement needs after we completed a home inspection. Instead of pushing to get the deal done, James' only focus was making sure I was comfortable with the decision to either walk away or move forward with the purchase. In addition, after supporting my decision to walk away, without losing stride he went right back into finding what would become the ideal home for me. After several weeks of being on the market, and getting frustrated with how fast homes were going under contract, James was able to leverage his network to find homes before they go on the market, and really allowed me to able to have a chance to purchase the ideal home that was perfect for me. All in all, i highly recommend Van as a realtor, not only for his ability to find the perfect home and utilize his network to get great rates and properties, but overall for his desire and passion to do right by his buyers!

From the first time my wife and I talked to Matt, he assured us that he was with us holding our hand every step of the way. And that's what he did. He gave us the best advice and it was because of us taking his advice that we ended up getting the home that we fell in love with. You hear so many horror stories about the process of buying a home, but that is not our story at all. And that has to do with Matt. From the mortgage company, to our loan officer to our housing inspector he had reputable resources in place for us and it just made everything go so smooth. We really can't say enough just how grateful we are that he was our realtor!
