Matthew was my listing agent to sell my row home in Baltimore. He exceed all of my expectations throughout the process, even after the sale closed. He is genuinely a nice person with excellent communication and follow up. He expertly helped me through all details big and small and had great options for me to consider at every turn, and when selling a place, there's always at least a few turns. Matthew was able to sell my home quickly in an inopportune time of the selling season (December) for a solid price. I highly recommend using Matthew.
