We met Matt about 2 years before we sold our home after meeting him at an open house and asking him to give us an estimate on our home. During the 2 years before we listed out home, Matt checked in with us regularly and respectfully. We really appreciated that he maintained a relationship with us despite not being ready to move. So, when we had to list our home quickly, Matt was the only realtor we considered. Matt handled the sale of our home warmly and professionally and we really appreciated his knowledge and expertise. He helped us to navigate the market during early Covid-19 and executed a stress-less sale of our home. Matt would be a fantastic person to list any home with.

We moved to Baltimore from another state and had a very very tight timeline due to a new job start date. Matt was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a true advocate for my family. He pushed hard for tight deadlines and made sure quality work was done. He came to the property on our behalf whenever he had a free minute and kept us up to date on any new changes. Matt is very professional, yet extremely approachable. He has a thorough and vast knowledge about the area, and establishes realistic expectations. He is a perfectionist with attention to detail, but has a very relaxed approach. Matt was referred by another top notch agent who struggled with selling our home. Matt fulfilled all of our expectations, as he takes his position very seriously. He responds at 7am through 11:30pm.
