He is genuinely a nice person with excellent communication and follow up. He expertly helped me through all details big and small and had great options for me to consider at every turn, and when selling a place, there's always at least a few turns. Matthew was able to sell my home quickly in an inopportune time of the selling season (December) for a solid price. I highly recommend using Matthew.

Matt seemed very experienced with the process of selling houses and was very on top of everything throughout the entire process. He took care of all of the details, kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and made the process of selling my house very easy. He was friendly to work with and very knowledgeable of the neighborhood which was helpful when it came time for negotiations. Overall he was great to work with when selling my house and I would certainly recommend him.
