We worked with Matt on an unusual sale - an "as-is" sale of a single-family home in the very desirable Canton neighborhood in Baltimore. Matt correctly predicted that we'd get a lot of attention from house-flippers, but also potentially from first-time home buyers. Matt really knew the market! We ended up selling to a first-time Maryland homebuyer for a very good price. Matt was extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns, and thoughtfully guided us through the sale process. He was there for us when one potential buyer backed out, and he was there when we finally closed with a buyer. I'd definitely recommend Matt for sales in Baltimore - he clearly knows his market!
